Do you ship overseas?

We ship to most international destinations via the United States Postal Service. The rates for shipping, which depend on the destination country and order size, will automatically be calculated at checkout. Heavy objects such as laminators incur the most extra shipping fees when shipping out of the United States. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order is usually shipped the same day, however it can take up to 48 hours during the business week to process your order.  We ship all orders USPS priority which takes 2-3 business days.

Can I buy your product in bulk?

Absolutely.  We are able to sell all of our products in bulk.  Should you need a cheaper price for a larger quantity than there is a price break for, please contact us at support@arcadiaid.com to learn about bulk pricing.  For faster service, please include in your e-mail which product you are interested in and quantity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Google Checkout. We also accept MoneyGram, Western Union, check, or money order. For large orders, we may require to ship to the billing address on the credit card, a confirmed PayPal address, to use Google Checkout, or one of the other payment methods. Please contact our customer service to discuss alternate payment methods

Do your cards look like PVC cards?

The identification supplies sold on our website will produce cards that look extremely similar to a PVC card.  Infact, to the naked eye, its very difficult to tell the difference.  Using a butterfly pouch, Artisyn synthetic paper, and an EasyIDea minilam 450, it is easy to design an ID card to fit your needs.  You can even write information to the magnetic stripe using an EasyIDea Magnetic Stripe Encoder.

Is my personal information secure?

We take our customers security and privacy very seriously. Transactions on are site are protected with 256-bit Extended Validation SSL encryption which is the same security certificate financial institutions use. Credit card information is never saved at any time during the transaction. All packages are shipped in plain boxes. The name of our parent company, "Arcadia Enterprises" appears only on the bank statement and the return address.
